Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The product will be the same as in the picture. The color might be a bit darker or brighter though the product efficacy stays unchanged.

What ingredients do you use in your products?

All our ingredients are safe and vegan. We source our material only in the EU.

Are your products tested on animals?

We are against experimenting on animals. Our lab tests concerned microbiology testing, stability and compatibility test and a safety assessment.

How should I store the product?

They should be used within 6 months from purchase and stored properly – in a dry and dark place.

What is your return policy?

You can exchange or get a refund for any (unused) product you are not satisfied with. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy page for more details.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

All our products should be a good fit for your skin since they are free from harsh chemicals such as SLS or synthetic fragrances. Some people however may have an allergic reaction to specific essential oils. This is caused by allergens in the oils. Please refer to the ingredients section of product to find any allergens it contains.
